Photographs and other original content are protected by copyright. Viewing the portfolio does not grant a license to reproduce, publish, sell or use photographs in advertising. Contact us to discuss permission or licensing. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not itself grant rights or imply endorsement.

Inquiries, bookings and deliverables

The website provides information about photography services. Sending an inquiry or opening an email draft does not reserve a date or create a photography-services contract. Scope, pricing, payment, cancellations, deliverables, image licensing and any required releases are agreed separately in writing before an assignment.
